I would like to call this Candle Leadership because of the few memorable quotes I learned from my father: When you light other candles from your candle your luminescence doesn't diminish, you don't lose any light rather you get light from other candles with less of shadow and total luminance is increased. Leadership is like that and I believe your leadership is enhanced when you teach the skills to others.

I am pursuing to spread the ideas of success I learn and believe. I also believe my success will be higher as you use these ideas for your success. So it’s a complete win – win situation. I also believe the only way it will help you is to teach and spreading it to others for the help and growth of the humanity. I need one commitment from you – when you read or go through my material – share at least with one more person and teach him or her same thing.

Candle leadership is not about how much know but how much you can help others, its not about your power but how much you care, it’s not about finding faults in others but to encourage them, it’s not about ridicules but putting value to visions and bringing someone from the lowest of low to the all high possible not only for his or her success but to get the cumulative progress.

Candle leadership is to remind you that the happiness or even struggle does not last forever; – now you might be in danger, or in sorrow or in some hardship – but just like you passed the state of happiness you WILL pass the state of hardship also. Don’t focus on the mistakes and wrongs you did but learn from it –focus on future because that’s where you are going to be! And if you focus on future you can architect it the way you want it.

Use positive affirmation daily – the best way to train your subconscious mind is using positive self-talk.

“I am the best in getting it done in the whole industry”
“I am good in building and maintaining relationships with relatives, friends or my clients”
“I wake up early and plan my day for the best result”

“I have the best family”
“I am the best person to lead my organization”
“I do the best job to motivate my group or my people”
“I learn quickly and apply it for my life”
or any combination that makes sense for you and your environment or your work is okay.

Why is subconscious mind and programming it so important? Because most things we do is done by our subconscious mind. It never sleeps either unlike our conscious mind and brain.

A subconscious mind gives you the intuition which has a power and spiritual vision and feeling; which may be called as sixth sense or gut feeling or may have other terminologies. I will give you an example: has it ever occurred to you that you are walking through a crowd and all on a sudden you cast your sight to someone who has been staring at you? How did that happen?
